Process Management Nightmares in Your Parish

Time to get organized and say goodbye to process nightmares

Pathways in Realm® lets you define and oversee the steps, activities, and outcomes for all of your parish’s processes. Having a process management tool allows staff, leaders, and volunteers to follow a formalized, documented, and trackable plan of action.  This will result in reducing training time and ensure outcomes are consistent and accurate.

By establishing pathways in Realm you can view the overview dashboard, assign tasks, trigger next steps, and track the completion of activities. Additionally, notifications can be triggered to remind leaders when an action is due or overdue. Use these examples to start managing your own processes.  Tweak them where needed.  Add or delete steps depending on what works best for your parish.
