Rolling Out the Red Carpet

It is great when members of the ACS staff are able to get on the road and go see clients.  Whether near or far, we love being on site with our clients.  As the old saying goes, it is great to put a face with a name.  In current times, I always feel like I am putting a face with an e-mail address!  There is nothing like sitting with clients to listen to what is on their minds, see the facilities, and learn how their days function.  Plus, I always enjoy seeing the software in action.  REAL data is always a million times better than “demo data”!  We not only like to go visit our clients where they are, we love it when our clients come to see us as well.
Last week, a few folks from Southbrook Community Church in NC drove down to pay us a visit.  We wanted to sit around a table with them and hear how things were going for them – the good and the not so good.  Dean Lisenby had mentioned to them in the past that if they would come see us in Florence, we would roll out the red carpet for them.  We like to live up to our word, so we did.  We had the carpet ready and a group to welcome them to ACS Technologies.  We cheered them in the building, and we meant it.  It is great to hear from our clients and be able to gather full teams to listen.  We are able to have different team members come for the different applicable discussions throughout the day.  Everyone always leaves the day full of ideas!
